We finally made it to South Ridge Seafood and our only regret is why it took us so long. We were able to get a table at 7:30 during ski season and took that as a harbinger of a great dining experience. We started with Breck Vodka and Hendrick's Gin Martinis. Sublime. Our opening round was the Vietnamese grilled calamari which was highlighted by chili-lime dressing. Just the right amount of seasoning that allowed the charred smokiness to shine through. We had one of the specials - grilled north Atlantic scallops with Dungeness crab cakes. This dish featured a sriracha-lime aioli. The blend of seasonings worked very well together and nicely complemented the delicate nuances of the shellfish. It may sound a bit Philistine but, on the recommendation of a trusted friend, I had the Alaska Cod Fish and Chips with a cup of chowder (New England, of course.) It was the perfect hearty fare to cap a long day on the slopes. Dessert was the pear/pistachio strudel which was at once both flaky and ebullient. tasteful nautical theme that was fortunately absent the nets and life rings of more cliched seafood venues. We highly recommend South Ridge Seafood.

The woman at the door greeted us and got us a table without a reservation. We stayed for happy and had the best time! Live music played and the food was great

When planning my best friend's bachelorette weekend, I needed to find a spot for our nice night out on the town that could fit 10 people. I called a few spots with no luck before I came across this one that thankfully could fit us in. I knew a few girls in our group aren't big seafood fans but the restaurant does offer a burger and a few other non-fish options. Personally, I was looking forward to the clam chowder and fish and chips and both were great. For drinks, I started with a glass of prosecco and finished with a dessert martini that I can't recall what the flavor was but knowing me, it was likely a chocolate mint because there aren't many flavor combinations that convince me to get an after dinner drink but that would be one.

Amazing! Started with the trout dip. Had the Alaskan crab legs with garlic Yukon mashed potatoes, & slaw. Finished with a Vietnamese coffee crème brûlée. Wow!! Highly recommend. Very Attentive staff & food on point!!

Everything was good from the vibes to the staff and especially for the food. My partner and I love options so we ordered a lot of dishes and none of them disappointed. Tom was our server and he made the experience even more enjoyable! He was extremely attentive, personable, and even gave me recommendations on ski equipment. We cannot wait to come back to this restaurant when we visit again. Highly recommend this place for good seafood and a bomb a$$ time!

A haiku to review: Happy hour deals! Taste of fish in the mountains Mouth watering food The specials on this menu were delicious!! I got the red curry mussels and ahi tuna and wow it was amazing and the perfect combo for a meal. Wine was good and waitress gives great recs to match the fish you eat. My sister ordered the fish and chips and it was incredible! I highly recommend if you are looking for quality food and a nice ambiance.

Great ambiance as you walk in to set the tone. Our waiter Tom was on point with service, drinks came out promptly , waters were kept full and was knowledgeable the wines. The food was out of this world!! I had the Alaskan cod fish and chips. The food came out piping hot and the fish was so light and moist with a light crispy crust. The scallops were seared to perfection and had a delicious cauliflower purée. The trout was moist and delicious the bacon hash browns were so tasty. For dessert we ordered the blueberry crostata with lemon curd The pastry was filled with warm blueberry compote with an accompaniment of perfectly tangy lemon curd. The only thing I couldn't get was any type of espresso coffee drink after dinner. Espresso martini yes but no latte or cappuccino.

Seafood in a mountain town? Why not?! We started with the shrimp lettuce wraps, which were delicious, and a couple of martinis (cucumber and hemingway). Our seafood meals were cooked well and not overdone. My partner had the skewered lobster tail with corn salad. The corn was cut from the cob. I ordered the pan seared scallops which were served with brown butter cauliflower, arugula, & onion rings. We had irish coffees as our dessert. They were delightful and warmed us up for our cool evening walk after dinner. Our server was very nice and polite. The ambiance was warm and inviting. I recommend making a reservation in advance.

I went here with my parents and it was delicious! Our server Micah was wonderful and knowledgeable. The restaurant is very cute and the ambience is cozy! Love love loved it!
